Guess who... part 3

"N.Y. Nyankies" better known as "Rockin' Kats" was another 8 bit adventure/platform game for Nes released in 1991. Here we play as Willy, the so called Rockin' Kat of the title that have to fight to get back his girlfriend Jill (It would be fun if the cat was called Chris) from the hands of the evil crime boss Mugsy.
The game featured some diferent elements at that time, like a short range punch gun that could be also used as a trampolin or hook to reach higher places, and could be fired in 8 different directions. The player could also choose wich "channel" he would like to begin and also buy itens in the TV shop. The stages where very dynamic, you could go from the simple sidescrolling to a wagon race.

This sprite was based more in the game cover that depitcs better Willy's design, also, I wonder if this gun wouldn't be a problem at the time, considering what happens to Poison on Final Fight
